Every part of Folklore Creative Company starts here. The Studio is where I make and edit the photography and film work, pour tintype plates, and build the tools — and it's a shared creative space I keep alongside a rotating group of Salt Spring artists: painters, photographers, makers, and multidisciplinary creators drawn to the island's mix of beauty, history, and honesty.

Part of the space is a small, curated gallery. We show and sell work from local island artists and a few kindred makers from further afield — fine art prints, handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, and more. Each piece carries the spirit of folk art with a modern hand: made deliberately, made to keep.
